If I was a teacher I would add a class of psychology. The class would meet as an elective during 5th or 6th period. In class students would learn the basics of psychology.
In class you would watch documentaries and learn about studies done on humans. It would be a class for juniors and seniors to take as an elective. It would be run as a regular class with notes and test taking.
